What changed

• publishes the canonical deterministic compile, local replay, governed repair, and refusal product truth
• replaces the package-first profile with a concise six-surface map for engine, desktop, hosted browser workflows, docs, evaluation, and runnable examples
• routes public users only to destinations they can access: app.openadapt.ai for Cloud and the existing openadapt-flow/docs/showcase path for examples
• labels Research, Labs, Internal, Deprecated, and Archived work without leading with product archaeology
• records the current pin mismatch and recommends five coherent public pins; no repository settings are changed
• adds consistency checks for the six-surface structure and required public links

Why

The organization profile and pins still made historical research packages look like the product. The Cloud source is private and openadapt-examples does not exist, so presenting either as a public repository destination would create broken or misleading navigation.

Impact

Visitors get one product thesis, a runnable local start, explicit lifecycle labels, and working paths to Flow, Desktop, Cloud, docs, evaluation, examples, limits, and contribution entry points.
